- Due to the limited access of our carriers, it is possible that there are certain remote postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Our customer support will contact buyers for orders with no shipment service, and these orders will be cancelled and fully refunded afterwards. Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to remote areas to ensure it could be processed successfully.
Our guarantee to you is that you can return an item for any reason up to 30 days from purchase( T&CS may apply). Please contact our customer service team to start that process.
