Damaged Delivery Receipt Instructions:

If damage is evident upon delivery, customers must refuse the freight keeping appropriate proof of  arrival with damage. If they do accept the freight, then clearly mark the delivery receipt with "D" or "Damaged" to document the condition of the freight.

Due to the limited access of our carriers, it is possible that there are certain remote postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Our customer support will contact buyers for orders with no shipment service, and these orders will be canceled and fully refunded afterward. Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to remote areas to ensure it could be processed successfully.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Refunds
