Please be advised that delivery fees are non-refundable in cases of "Change of Mind" reasons. Additionally, should you wish to return the item for the same reason, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

We ship out orders within 2 business days (excludes non-working days) if paid by 9 am.

Our trusted couriers pick up your items from our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse.

You will be provided with tracking information when your order is picked up by the couriers.

Your package should arrive 3 to 10 business days later. If you want it faster, select express postage for 1 to 3 business days delivery. Regional areas can take longer.

We know lost, damaged, or delayed parcels are frustrating. Speak to us and we will quickly help you out.

Due to the limited access of our carriers, it is possible that there are certain remote postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Our customer support will contact buyers for orders with no shipment service, and these orders will be canceled and fully refunded afterward. Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to remote areas to ensure it could be processed successfully.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at odinfurnitureau@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
