Our trusted couriers pick up your items from our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse.

Your package should arrive 3 to 10 business days later. If you want it faster, select express postage for 1 to 3 business days delivery. Regional areas can take longer.

Due to the limited access of our carriers, it is possible that there are certain remote postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Our customer support will contact buyers for orders with no shipment service, and these orders will be canceled and fully refunded afterward. Return and Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
